For those presenting accepted papers at the conference:

• Upon registration, presenting authors will automatically receive a general letter of acceptance confirming the acceptance of their paper and their registration to present it.
• If a personalized invitation letter is needed, requests can be made to address specific requirements. These letters will state that in-person attendance is required to present the paper for it to be published.

For non-presenting authors or attendees:

• Invitation letters can be issued upon request to meet specific visa requirements, provided the individual has registered for the conference.

Please note that while we provide support through acceptance and invitation letters, the responsibility for obtaining a visa lies solely with the delegate.

We strongly recommend verifying visa requirements for your country and planning accordingly. Most attendees should encounter no difficulties; however, additional documentation may be needed for certain regions.
